Standard Return Policy

 

At Boxed-gifts.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charge will be refunded. All refunds will be applied to the returned items received in new (unused and resellable) condition, in original packaging, back in 30 days of the shipping confirmation date minus a 10% restocking fee. If there is damage, obvious sign of usage, missing packaging or loss of tags, you will be only awarded a partial refund. Return package must arrive in our facility within 15 days after you receive a RMA* Confirmation by email. Otherwise, a 20% late return fee will be applied to your return within 90 days. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise if the customer has placed an order using a free shipping offer. *Our free box is subject to change due to our supply and demand. Any damage of package or dislike of design or color will not be an acceptable reason for return.

There are no refunds on items damaged during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. You should expect to receive the refund within three weeks from the return shipping date to Boxed-Gifts.com and it will be refunded back to the original order payment method that you used.

International Return Policy

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 15 days after you receive a RMA* Confirmation by email. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you initiate a return after the 15 day period stated above, you may only be issued a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

How to return an item

 

1.Email us at info@boxed-gifts.com for a Return Merchant Authorization. 
(Returned merchandise without a Return Authorization may not be accepted.)

2. Please provide us your order number and brief message for return reason.
3. When placing return orders, You are responsible for shipping and handling.
4. Please note the following points, as a failure to return the item in such condition may affect the eligibility for the refund or exchange.


Send the order back to us in...
-its original resellable condition
-its original packaging in the original packing condition
-without any alteration or addition to the item
-without any alteration or additon to the packaging(specifically no taping of any kind to the packaging of the item).


Once we receive this return, we will issue you a refund or an exchange of your choice if the items are not different from original condition. To expedite your case please include the original packing slip, with a brief note stating if this is for a refund or exchange on the item. This label is only available for one week from when it is sent and will be canceled after this time period has passed.
